A two storey extension in traditional coursed chalk and brock, finished to an exceptional standard.

The extension incorporated a bedroom with ensuite, entrance hall with shower room, and an open plan kitchen and sun room.

The original cottage was altered to provide a further ensuite and a hand crafted feature fire place to house the new wood burner.

Throughout the build we managed to save the client a considerable sum which helped fund the sunken Indian stone patio and landscaping.
